Unlike ordinary email, messages sent via secure email are encrypted so you can safely include confidential information in the messages you send to us.
How to use our eBanking’s secure mail function
Our eBanking secure email function allows you to read and send messages directly to and from the bank. To send a secure email message, just take the steps below:
- Log on to eBanking
- Select 'Contact'
- Select 'New Message'
- Type in a message
When you click 'Send message' you will be asked to sign the message using the password that you always use for our eBanking.
